Getting Seller to leave property

Good morning everyone, I need some help in a dilemma with a house I just purchased. I just closed escrow on 7/29/15 and on our contract stated the we would receive keys 5 days after closing which was yesterday, the sellers still have not moved out, can I just legally kick them out? my realtor hasnt answered my question and im getting frustrated being a homeowner without a house to come home to. Any advice would be great.i forgot to mention I live in California.
