Selling house in undesirable neighborhood
Any success selling a house to investors in an undesirable area? I have called and sent mail to investors as well as marketing the listing online, and no one is interested. The listing has been on the market for 6 months and the seller has lowered it by $20k. They've extended the listing for 3 more months. Most investors I've spoken to want to pay the bare minimum for it, which would result in a loss for my seller. Nothing wrong with the house. Great rental income potential. The neighborhood is changing as the city is gradually building new housing in the area. It's just right now I can't seem to get anyone interested that isn't providing low ball offers. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
